Outages/Service Problems
If you find yourself without water service or with a significant
decrease in water pressure, please follow these suggested procedures:
- Check with neighbors in your area and find out if they are
experiencing similar problems.
- If no one else is having a problem, check your water meter.
If the needle or small triangle is moving, you have a leak on
your line and you will need to repair the line or contact a
plumber.
- If others are experiencing the same problem, contact our
office to report the outage/reduction in pressure at 205-629-5801,
24 hours a day.
When reporting an outage please give the water utility representative your
name, address, and telephone number. The more accurate the information we
have, the quicker we can restore your service.
